friendly staffrefillable waterpaper thin wallleaking shower
the location was excellent. i could walk to most places i want to see. the staff was also super friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions. i did get refillable water in the room and that was a cool feature. i liked this amenity a lot.
the walls feel like a paper. i hear other guests real easily, and i could not sleep well. also, the shower seems to leak to the floor, so the bathroom was wet after each shower. i almost sliped.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They booked an airport taxi for me. i also appreciated the luggage storage. the welcome was genuinely warm. I felt valued as a guest.
the walls seemed thin, i could hear noise from other rooms. it made relaxing more difficult. i hope the hotel could improve the sound insulation.

The hotel enjoys a superb location. It is very close to the city center. bus and tram stops are within a short, easy walk (around 2-3 minutes). the train station is approximately 10 minutes away.

the hotel has its own cafe where guests can conveniently get food and drinks. this is especially handy if you don't want to go out (or prefer a quiet night). the breakfast was great (especially the fresh croissants!).

i noticed the hotel provided a working-space suitable for business or leisure. there is also a gym with the basics. a terrace is available (rooms have them).
